Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellation request received within 24 hours of booking the event will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
  • If a cancellation request is received more than 30 days prior to the event, the customer will receive a full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If a cancellation request is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the event, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing our customer support team at LU@EVENTSLABPRO.COM

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the event.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
  • No refunds will be given for any reason after the start of the event.
  • If an event is cancelled by the event company for any reason, customers will receive a full refund.
